Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests, this number does include wedding party.

Unfortunately we do not allow any pets/animals.

We do have some restrictions on decor to ensure the safety of our guests and the integrity of our venue. Please refer to our contract for more information.

We do not have an in-house caterer, which means you are welcome to bring in any licensed and insured caterer you would like. We do provide a dedicated caterer prep kitchen for their use.

No, outside alcohol is not permitted. As the exclusive alcohol license holder, all alcohol must be provided and served by our venue. We specialize in beer, wine, and malt beverage packages and will work with you to customize a great menu for your guests.  Liquor and hard spirits are strictly prohibited on the property.

No, but because we are a venue only rental, you should designate a person who is responsible for managing your entire day. The venue rental does not include: any wedding planning, coordinating, decorating services, set-up services, day-of coordination, meal preparation/serving or personal attendant services. A professional Coordinator can be an excellent choice. 

We do have table linens available for an additional fee. They are listed under Rental Items in the Wedding Menu

Unfortunately the rental fee remains the same whether the ceremony is onsite or offsite. We do only schedule one wedding for the entire weekend

There is a 50% deposit due when signing the contract to reserve your wedding date.

The remaining balance including a security deposit, pre-purchased beverages and cost of any items rented is due 45 days prior to your event date. Failure of the final payment results in breach of contract and venue has the right to cancel event and no refunds will be given.

The preferred methods of payment is cash or check. If payments are made by Credit Card a 4% convenience fee will be applied.

Yes, there are white glass plates, silverware and water goblets rented as a set for an additional charge. Found in Rental Items under Wedding tab.

No, smoking, and vaping is not allowed inside the venue.  There is a designated area outside to be used. We ask everyone dispose of their cigarettes in the receptacle that is provided. No extinguished cigarettes/cigars in general trash bins. 

Yes, there are several rules and restrictions due to safety, regulations, laws and codes. A few examples would be: No open flames in or within 50 ft of building and no fireworks. A complete list is noted in the Venue Rental Agreement.

Although there is a (4) hour access time the day before the event to allow rehearsal, decorating and limited vendor access, rehearsal dinners are not permitted on-site.
